Ask for Wisdom!
I learned many lessons in common sense being raised on a farm. I also learned to pray! When I was on the farm (or in the wilderness!) and was stuck way out in the field with a problem, you have to figure out an answer on your own because it’s just you and God.- Annette Capps
Do You Know Where You're Going?
Do you know where you are going this next year? Where will you be one year from now? Where do you want to be? I think of the times that I moved from one house to another. It was a real chore and I did not enjoy packing, lifting, and the general disturbance to my life. The most difficult thing for me was to sort and make the decision of what to throw away.- Annette Capps
Speak God's Way
God has invested in us the ability to use words to call His will into existence in the earth. What an honor! What a responsibility! Each of us has a part to play in bringing the will of God on earth as it is in heaven.
If that sounds overwhelming, it begins with you and your life. You are not responsible for saving the world; Jesus has done that.
